LED Tube Diffusers & Custom Profiles
AYM (Thailand) extrudes optical-grade polycarbonate (PC) and PMMA profiles for LED tubes and linear luminaires — round, D-shape, flat, opal or fully custom, with light transmittance above 92% and wall-thickness tolerance of ±0.1 mm. Extrusion dies are designed and built in-house, so your profile goes from drawing to production in one factory.

PC Profile Extrusion – FAQ
What materials do you use for profile extrusion?
Optical-grade polycarbonate (PC) and PMMA. The grade and haze level are chosen to match the light output and diffusion you need.
Can you make a custom PC profile from my drawing?
Yes. Send a drawing or a sample. Our engineers review it for manufacturability, then design and build the extrusion die in-house before sampling.
What light transmittance can your diffusers reach?
Above 92%, measured per CIE 130, compared with the 85–88% common in the industry. Haze can be tuned from 30% to 95%.
Can you also supply end caps and aluminium profiles?
Yes. AYM also makes injection-moulded end caps, aluminium extrusion heatsinks, stamped brackets and die-cast parts, so you can source the complete LED tube kit from one factory.
Do you ship outside Thailand?
Yes. We supply customers in Thailand and export with full documentation, including RoHS / REACH declarations.
